Cosmetic Tattooing

Pigments used are Iron Oxide and Titanium Dioxide, which are safe, non-reactive substances. Pigments are specifically manufactured for implantation in the human skin, with hundreds of colours to choose from. The colours used for cosmetic tattooing are specifically premixed for use on the face, with image and make up in mind as opposed to body pigments, which are bright, rich and intense.

The colour of your cosmetic tattoo will appear stronger and deeper than your desired colour, as in most cases a loss of colour intensity of up to 40% may occur and in lip colour up to 60%.

Colour retention is individual and the end result is visible only after the skin has healed completely, taking approximately 6 weeks.

New machine parts and needle are used in the treatment of each client. After each treatment the parts and needles are disposed of.

While we endeavour to colour match as closely as possible to your request, please understand that this is difficult as many things alter the final outcome, including acids and oil in your skin, neglecting to follow home care instructions, sun exposure or sun burn. Using black lotions as in eyeliner can occasionally appear as a blue/black or have a slight hazed or smudged effect.

Consider your tattoo as a permanent choice and choose your cosmetic tattooist as you would a plastic surgeon, you chose the most qualified and talented – not the cheapest.
